Support

Questions, bug reports, or feedback: a real person reads every message.

Write to support@cateringcalc.com about your account or billing, and to feedback@cateringcalc.com about a number that looks wrong or something that should work differently. Every number in the calculators is a starting point, built from widely published catering rules of thumb, and it gets better when someone tells us what is off.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Catering Calc account yourself, in the app or on the website. The website works even if you no longer have the app installed.

  • In the app: open About, then tap Delete account.
  • On the web: sign in at cateringcalc.com/account and choose Delete my account.

Either way you will be asked to sign in again first, with Apple, Google or your password, to confirm it is you.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your sign-in identity (email and password, Google or Apple)
  • the saved events synced to your account
  • your Pro entitlement record

This cannot be undone. Adjusted defaults and your business name are stored only on your device, not in your account, so they stay until you delete the app.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@cateringcalc.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will do it for you.

Subscriptions. A subscription bought on this website is cancelled for you as part of deleting the account. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed by Apple or Google, not by us, and deleting your Catering Calc account does not cancel it: cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings first, or you will keep being charged. A lifetime purchase made on this website cannot be recovered after deletion; one made through the App Store or Google Play can be restored on a new sign-in with Restore Purchases.

Stripe, Apple and Google keep their own transaction and tax records after deletion, as the law requires. We do not control those and only touch them to process a refund or dispute.
